What Exactly is FLUX?

The FLUX lens is a high-contrast, multi-layered lens that filters out non-essential light at certain wavelengths, providing a sharper and clearer view of the road or trail ahead. The lens is composed of several advanced layers. It starts with an MLC coating that provides a distinctive surface finish for a sleek, high-performance look. To ensure consistently clear vision, an oleophobic coating is applied to the outside of the lens to repel water, dirt, dust, and fingerprints, while an anti-fog layer on the inside prevents vapor and sweat from accumulating. Finally, an anti-scratch coating protects against wear and tear, ensuring long-term durability.

The all-new Valor combines a lightweight frame made from durable bio-based material with the professional-grade FLUX lens. This lens is officially classified using CE marking. The marking is divided into 5 categories, from 0 to 4. Depending on light transmission, a lens has a different application. This is a Category 3 lens with a low light transmission of 8% to 18%, making it ideal for activities in bright, sunny conditions. When the sun is shining and you need to protect your eyes from the light, these lenses reduce glare and provide optimal comfort during your rides.

Adjustable Nose Piece

The adjustable nose bridge, made from a flexible metal strip with a rubber coating, offers a better fit for all nose types.
