The BBB Integrated Tapered BHP-45 headset is designed for frames with integrated headsets and tapered steerers from 1 1/8" to 1 1/4". It meets the S.H.I.S. standards IS42/28.6 at the top and IS47/33 at the bottom, for a 42 mm head tube at the top and 47 mm at the bottom.bike24+1
Its sealed CrMo bearings use a 45° × 45° contact angle at both the top and bottom. The kit includes the BHP-181 and BHP-183 bearings, an open crown race for easy installation, as well as a 15 mm high, 46 mm diameter aluminum tapered spacer.bike24+1
With a stated weight of 84 g, this integrated Ahead headset allows for direct installation of the bearings into the frame, without intermediate cups.
