The Praxis Works Shimano ConvBB30/PF30 MTB 73mm bottom bracket is a high-end solution for BB30, PF30, and Specialized OSBB frames (73x46mm). Designed to accommodate a 24mm Shimano hollow axle, it ensures optimal stiffness thanks to its patented R-Collet system. This orange rubber collar applies constant pressure to the bottom bracket cups after installation, eliminating any play or unwanted noise.
The innovative design allows for precise alignment of the bearings on the outside of the frame, eliminating the tolerance issues associated with competing systems. The undriven side utilizes a compressible O-ring to compensate for variations in frame thickness, while the internal threading system between the two cups ensures a secure bearing fit. Made of aluminum with high-performance ceramic bearings, this bottom bracket combines lightness, durability, and quiet operation.
