The ABUS GRANIT Super Extreme 2500 U-lock offers a very high level of protection for premium bicycles, cargo bikes, and e-bikes, even against the most aggressive attacks. A special tungsten carbide compound around the shackle and body significantly increases resistance to cordless angle grinders, a method increasingly common in major cities. The shackle, body, and load-bearing elements are made of hardened steel, while the ABUS XPlus™ cylinder effectively protects against sophisticated lock-picking techniques. The USH 2500 bracket easily attaches to the bicycle using plastic-coated metal straps or screw points, and holds the lock securely in place by immobilizing both ends of the shackle to prevent rattling while riding.
