Thursday evening, the shop filled with cyclists of all levels: beginners who doubted their position, regulars who wanted to correct old habits, and enthusiasts who just wanted to chat. Alexis began speaking at 6:30 PM — and the room hung on every word.
We talked about the classic mistakes we all make without realizing it — pace, distance, ill-fitting equipment. We worked on riding position, braking, cornering, pedaling. Concrete actions, demonstrated live, that everyone can correct on their next ride. And we addressed the question of equipment: how to prepare well for both road and gravel, without breaking the bank.
What really struck us? The audience's questions. Real exchanges, concrete situations, useful answers. It wasn't a theoretical conference — it was a true conversation between cyclists, in a shop that smells of bike chains and cold coffee.
We leave with one certainty: we will do more evenings like this.
