You can make an appointment by phone or directly in-store. During the initial contact, we'll discuss the issue you're experiencing and inform you of estimated lead times and prices.
How does the service process work?
Upon your arrival, a mechanic inspects the bike and identifies the origin of the problem: drivetrain, brakes, wheels, or another component. We also take into account your usage (commuting, sports outings, bike touring, etc.).
After diagnosis, we present you with the necessary work and an estimated timeframe. Some simple repairs can be completed on the same day, depending on workshop activity and parts availability.
