The EXS 3D Rail CrMo saddle represents a new generation of bicycle saddles, combining 3D printing technology and high-performance materials for superior comfort on all types of terrain. Thanks to its 3D-printed structure, it offers targeted support precisely where pressure is most intense, optimally distributing pressure over the entire contact surface. The result: fewer painful pressure points, less fatigue, and more enjoyment in the saddle, whether on road, gravel, or trails.
The 3D design also minimizes the saddle's weight while maintaining sufficient structural rigidity for effective support. Its vibration absorption capability is significantly improved compared to traditional saddles, thanks to the honeycomb structure resulting from 3D printing, which acts as a natural shock absorber. Small irregularities in the road or path are thus filtered before reaching the cyclist's pelvis, reducing fatigue during long rides.
